Court Hill Ganesar Temple

The Court Hill Ganesar temple near Kota Raya bus stand is very famous here in Kuala Lumpur, the powerful Ganesar blesses Chinesh, Malaysian and our Hindus....the puja been performed here is very devotional...nathasuram,slogam,songs are all heavenly...this temple has the tradition of sangabishagam every day and you need to book for that, for which we need to wait for another 12 months to take our turn !!!

You will be provided with Sakara
pongal,Puliyothara, shudal, kolukatai, panjamirutham after the evening puja at 5.30pm every day.I heard this been provided in the morning as well as in the evening to all the devotees free of cost here in this temple.(So no food problem for the new comers here)sometimes the menu extends to the level of Pallpongal, laddu, coffee or tea, naseelama(malaysian menu-breakfast consist of coconut rice with spice dish)

This court Hill Ganesar is very powerful and blesses you with all that you whole heartedly pray for...and its been said that the malaysian govt wanted this place and asked the temple authorities to shift which has resulted in heavy loss or some sudden sickness to the one who wants this Ganesar temple...this temple is on the way to Raja Cholan and Jalan pudu...

Hari Raya

Ramzan and Diwali will fall together only after 10years..thats the news in Malaysia, reasoned to celebrate this year Hari Raya and Hari Deepavali in a Grand manner...10days official holiday means the people in Kuala Lumour had the change to visit their parents in Johor Bahor, Petaling..selangore..that has made the evening traffic miserable...you can see in this photo where the steam of red lights in one side and white lights in another side...thats the traffic on that day before the holidays of HARI DEEPA RAYA!!!

The special snacks of Hari Raya is home made Mooncake...which one of our chinesh friend visited our home on the Diwali day and gave this Mooncake and other sweets...we also made her to take our sweets (laddu, saymiya payasam) to her.The best part of this celebration is that it rained heavy before the Diwali day as we all felt like being in chennai...

Our Diwali (Hari Deepa raya) celebration!!!

Our Diwali celebration was named as Hari Deepa Raya as we enjoyed 10 days holiday, which resulted in going to movies like Godfather...meeting some good people...on that auspicious day.

No crackers where bought expect a box of flower sticks (su ru vathi) which costed us Rs.120/-(10RM..la)

We had that celebration after seeing the movies...

The other pass time was the Swimming pool in our condo...where we use to float, walk and dont swim, as we dont know to swim...
